AI SEARCH VISIBILITY · SEO, AEO & GEO

Your next customer asked ChatGPT who to call.

ROI.LIVE helps businesses improve how they appear in search and AI answers. We check the questions buyers ask, repair the pages and business information behind the answers, and measure what each tested engine returns. A mention is an observed result, never a guaranteed placement.
No purchase required. Keep a brief summary and next steps.

ILLUSTRATIVE CONVERSATION · NOT A RECORDED ANSWER
Who can handle a full outdoor living project in Southeastern PA? Design, build, lighting, the whole thing.
EXAMPLE ANSWER

Compare local firms that can show completed projects covering design, construction and lighting. Check the service area and ask who owns the whole project.

Where did that list come from?
EXAMPLE ANSWER

Look for the linked sources, then open them. A useful recommendation should be checked against the contractor’s own scope, recent work and independent reviews.

An illustration of a buying question. It is not a screenshot, an endorsement or evidence that a particular engine recommended a client.

THE FIELD

Check each search surface with the same questions.

Products can combine retrieved web information with model knowledge, and their features change. We record the engine, mode, question, date and sources for each check. Different answers to the same question are a finding to investigate.

OUR VISIBILITY REVIEW

Four checks we can act on.

These are ROI.LIVE’s review questions. They help identify work on your site and public business information; they are not a published ranking formula or a prediction of a citation.
01

Is the business clear?

A buyer should be able to identify the service, location, suitability and next step. Keep the business name and contact information consistent across relevant pages and listings.

02

Can someone verify the proof?

Link claims to named work, dated results and relevant independent sources. A directory listing or press mention is useful only when it is accurate and appropriate to the business.

03

Does the page answer a real need?

Group questions about the same buyer task on a strong page. Create another page when the buyer’s task, offer or local evidence is different enough to need its own answer.

04

Who stands behind the information?

Name the business and the people responsible for the work. Use relevant experience and credentials, with a way to contact the team or verify a claim.

THE BUILD, IN ORDER

The work, from baseline to review.

We capture the starting point before changing pages, then prioritize the work that answers a buyer’s need. This is our operating sequence, not the order an engine reads a website.
STEP 01

Measure the questions

Build a bounded question set from sales conversations, search evidence and customer language. Record its sources and separate observed demand from editorial suggestions.
YOU SEE IT BEFORE WE BUILD ON IT
STEP 02

Build the answer pages

Map each distinct buying intent to an existing or new page. Combine overlapping questions, preserve useful existing URLs and add location pages only where there is a real service and distinct local evidence.
THE PART THAT COMPOUNDS
STEP 03

Make it machine-readable

Check crawl access, internal links, canonical URLs and supported structured data. Schema describes visible facts; no special AI schema is required for Google’s AI search features.
ACCESSIBLE PAGES, ACCURATE FACTS
STEP 04

Earn the mentions

Keep important listings accurate and seek permissioned reviews or relevant editorial coverage. We do not assign invented algorithm weights to these sources.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The questions owners ask us on the first call.

What is AI search visibility?

It is how a business or its content appears in AI-generated answers to relevant questions. A mention, a citation and a customer enquiry are different events, so we record them separately.

How is this related to SEO?

Useful pages, crawl access, internal links and accurate business facts support both search and answer discovery. AI visibility adds product-specific observations; it does not replace the underlying search work.

Which engines do you check?

The scope names the search and conversational products relevant to your buyers. Each check records the product and mode, questions and date. We do not assume that one result represents every engine.

How soon will answers change?

There is no reliable product-wide deadline. Search access, crawling, retrieval, competition and feature settings all matter. We agree implementation milestones and review dates, then repeat the same bounded question set. We do not promise a citation or a model retraining date.

What does the service cost?

Ongoing ROI.LIVE engagements start at $5,000 a month, with most ranging from $5,000 to $15,000. The written scope sets deliverable volume, review responsibilities, term and separate costs. Media and approved software are billed at cost. Availability is confirmed before signing.

How do you measure progress?

Record the engine, mode, question set, geography, date and sampling method. Track business mentions and cited URLs separately, then review search data and qualified demand where available. Google’s current Search documentation describes a Generative AI performance report; use the reports available to the property and keep their scope distinct from our sampled answers.
